Do you have a homeowner's policy? This MAY cover you for liability if something happens. However, if you are RENTING this out, it's considered business use and you're not covered. If it's just a one time thing where they are borrowing the tractor for a day or two, that's ok. Also, if your friends have a homeowners' policy, they might be covered under that too.
